Anchorage One, Salford Quays

Anchorage One involved the conversion of open plan floor plates into high-quality CAT A+ workspaces for incoming tenants. The refurbished suites were delivered to a high specification and included new floor finishes, alterations to the mechanical and electrical services, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.

As part of the project, isolated areas of former tenant fit-out were removed and dilapidations claims prepared prior to the commencement of works. Where possible, the cost of reinstatement works was recovered through the dilapidations process as part of the landlord’s wider CAT A refurbishment scheme.
