Broadway Central, Oldham

Broadway Central involved the CAT A fit-out of seven newly constructed shell and core industrial units.

Bloc undertook a full competitive tender exercise and acted as Contract Administrator throughout the project, overseeing the fit-out of existing mezzanine areas to create first floor office accommodation together with ground floor WC facilities. Works were undertaken concurrently across multiple units, with each space handed back individually upon completion.

The project was delivered alongside a wider PV upgrade scheme being undertaken by Indurent, requiring close coordination to ensure both programmes were sequenced and managed effectively throughout the works.
