Grand Central, Trafford Park

Grand Central is a 251,000 sq.ft. distribution unit where Bloc were instructed to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations and oversee the subsequent refurbishment works required to return the property to a lettable condition following lease expiry.

The ongoing programme of works includes the removal of tenant alterations, repairs to the building fabric, testing and validation of the building services, together with general refurbishment works throughout the premises. In addition to the dilapidations works, targeted EPC improvement measures are being undertaken to enhance the building’s environmental performance and achieve an EPC A rating.

The project is currently on site and is due to complete in August 2026.
