The Apiary, Deansgate

The Apiary, located on Deansgate in central Manchester, involved the repositioning of a prominent office asset to enhance its appeal within the occupier market. Bloc acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant throughout the scheme, working closely with the client and design team to deliver a high-quality refurbishment.

The project included the complete redesign and fit-out of the ground floor reception, refurbishment of the second floor to create a 4,000 sq.ft. plug-and-play CAT B office suite, and the transformation of an underused basement car park into a premium gym and wellness facility with direct access to the main reception.

The success of the initial phase has led to a further instruction to deliver an additional CAT B office suite within the building.
