Building 606, Bradford

Building 606 was originally instructed as a terminal schedule of dilapidations, with the subsequent works undertaken to evidence the landlord’s loss and prepare the property for remarketing.

The scope of works included roof repairs, removal of the former tenant’s alterations, testing and validation of the building services, together with general repairs to the building elevations and external hardstandings. Bloc administered the works throughout the project, coordinating contractors and consultants to deliver the refurbishment in accordance with the landlord’s objectives.

During the latter stages of the project, the landlord successfully secured a new letting for the building, resulting in additional enabling works being undertaken to facilitate the incoming tenant’s occupation.
