Pall Mall, King Street

Pall Mall involved the delivery of a bespoke, high-end CAT B fit-out across two floors of a Grade II listed landmark building in the heart of Manchester. Bloc acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant throughout the scheme, working closely with the client, architect, and interior designer to deliver a premium workplace while respecting the character of the historic building.

Delivered over an 18-week programme, the project comprised high-quality office accommodation, client-facing spaces, hospitality areas, extensive bespoke joinery, and a range of specialist facilities. Careful coordination was required throughout the project to integrate contemporary design within the constraints of a listed building, ensuring both programme and quality objectives were achieved.
