Woodhouse Link, Sheffield

Woodhouse Link involved the monitoring of tenant alterations across multiple newly constructed industrial units, recently completed by Network Space. The proposed works varied considerably between occupiers, ranging from vehicle maintenance workshops to bespoke engineering facilities.

Bloc monitored the tenant fit-out works throughout, ensuring they were completed to the required standard while protecting the integrity of the base build. Particular attention was given to safeguarding warranties and guarantees relating to the cladding, floor slabs, and roof systems.

Upon completion, Bloc reviewed the works and issued the relevant operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and project documentation to the landlord, providing a comprehensive record of the completed alterations.
